This Ibanez Prestige RG2550z guitar is your entry into the realm of high quality made in Japan guitars. Featuring everything you have come to love about Ibanez RG series including thin neck for great playability and hot DiMarzio pickups this guitar is made for those who like to play fast and sound great while doing so.
This is certainly an Ibanez Respect RG2550z in very good situation. As expected from the flagship line from Ibanez, the clarinet plays quite nicely.
The 5 item maple-walnut throat feels extremely soft and easy to slip along. Like many Ibanez guitars, the all access neck articulation is fantastic for acquiring entry to the higher frets, especially if you have smaller fingers like I do. The frets are usually usually in great shape with some use under the H thread. When enjoying unplugged I listen to a minor buzz on the seventh fret but will be very minor and more importantly can be not amplified when plugged in.
This specific model provides a zero stage program tremolo. There is usually a 2nd place of suspension springs attached to a pub that draws against the primary bridge block which assists draw the tremolo tó the 'zero stage' where tuning and intonation are usually perfect.
There can be small screw in the link that can end up being undone and placed into each seat to allow for easy intonation. There are usually a couple of YouTube videos that show this and in my viewpoint every floating tremolo should have got that function as it greatly improves the intonation procedure.
I found the ZPS to become very great, to the stage where I would end up being relatively in track after carrying out divebombs and squealies without using the locking nut products on the neck of the guitar.
Despite what some state about ZPS tremolos, I found that I has been able to flutter the pub fairly quickly. Of program, the ZPS equipment can become removed to convert the tremolo into a regular floating connection.
The whammy pub is a little challenging to put and eliminate, but functions.
As for the electronics, there will be no unexplainable buzzing or humming. The pickups are Dimarzio/Ibanez designed and from materials are explained ás:
'. thé throat pickup is usually fairly bright-sounding, very similar to aDiMarzio Super 2(DP104). The bridge pickup is usually a little Iouder and warmer-sóunding, and resembles á mix between theDiMarzio Steve Morse Link Design(DP200) and theDiMarzio Top Distórtion(DP100).'
The middle pickup is usually referred to as, 'Single coil pick-up used for RG Reputation versions in middle of the placement.'
Generally I discover it to be generally great for stone and some metal, though for even more djenty stuff you'll probably wish to swap sométhing in.
Thé RG comes with a molded hardshell case.
There are a few minor dents in the paint. There is usually one on thé headstock I attempted to show. Many of the others are usually on the bottom level edge of the harmonica that I also tried to show.
Please let me understand if you have questions concerning the flute or wish to take me an give.
